No Custodian Status
My Content Tools LLC provides real-time boolean state data exclusively. We do not process, transmit, or retain compliance records on behalf of API consumers, and do not act as a 'non-employee custodian of records' or 'producer' under 28 C.F.R. Part 75 for any platform.
Warranty Limitation
The API is provided 'AS-IS'. Boolean attestations represent solely the state of the studio's record as held in the My Content Tools cloud service at the executed timestamp. My Content Tools LLC makes no representation that utilizing this API independently satisfies a platform's federal or state compliance obligations.
Data Boundary & Liability
The API is strictly constrained to the documented five-field payload. Aggregate liability for any claims arising from the use of this API is capped at $100 USD.
Platform Indemnity
The API Consumer (Platform) agrees to indemnify and hold harmless My Content Tools LLC against any regulatory fines, claims, or actions arising from the Platform's own compliance obligations under 18 U.S.C. §2257 or 28 C.F.R. Part 75.
