1 DMCA Compliance Overview

My Content Tools, LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), we will respond quickly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that are reported to our designated Copyright Agent.

Please note that because MCT is a **local-first desktop application**, all user database contents, media, and records are stored locally on users' hardware. We do not host, store, or distribute user content on our own servers. However, we will act to remove infringing material from our public website (mycontenttools.com) or associated cloud services (MRP Firebase databases) upon receipt of a valid notice.

2 How to Submit an Infringement Claim

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent with a written notice containing the following information:
