1 DMCA Compliance Overview

My Content Tools, LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), we will respond quickly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that are reported to our designated Copyright Agent.

Please note that because MCT is a **local-first desktop application**, all user database contents, media, and records are stored locally on users' hardware. We do not host, store, or distribute user content on our own servers. However, we will act to remove infringing material from our public website (mycontenttools.com) or associated cloud services (MRP Firebase databases) upon receipt of a valid notice.

2 How to Submit an Infringement Claim

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent with a written notice containing the following information:

1. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
2. A detailed description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
3. The exact URL or location on our Services (or public website) where the material you claim is infringing is located.
4. Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

4 Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification in writing to our Copyright Agent containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or Florida if outside the U.S.), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notification.
