My Content Tools LLC operates strictly as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider and directory platform. My Content Tools LLC is not the primary producer, creator, or publisher of the third-party user-generated content that may be managed utilizing our software.

All individuals appearing in visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct managed via this platform are required by our Terms of Service to be over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time of the creation of such depictions.

Pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B)(v) and 47 U.S.C. § 230(c), My Content Tools LLC is a secondary service provider. We do not produce the content, nor do we exercise editorial control over the creation of the content. Therefore, My Content Tools LLC is not the Custodian of Records for any third-party content managed by independent studios utilizing our platform.

The individual independent studios, producers, and users of the My Content Tools software are the sole Custodians of Records for their respective content and are solely responsible for maintaining compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.
