1 Reporting Content
My Content Tools is committed to maintaining a safe and compliant platform. If you believe any content on this website is illegal, non-consensual, or violates our Terms of Service, please submit a formal complaint to support@mycontenttools.com.
2 Review and Resolution Process
All complaints are reviewed by our compliance team and will be resolved within seven (7) business days of receipt. During the investigation, the reported content may be temporarily suspended.
3 Potential Outcomes
Following the investigation, My Content Tools may take one or more of the following actions: (a) permanently remove the content, (b) suspend or terminate the offending user's account, (c) report the activity to appropriate law enforcement authorities, or (d) restore the content if it is found to be fully compliant and lawful.
4 Appeals by Depicted Persons
Any person depicted in content hosted on My Content Tools retains the right to appeal for the removal of that content. If the depicted person establishes that consent to be depicted or distributed was not given, or if such consent is void under applicable law, the content will be immediately and permanently removed.
5 Neutral Dispute Resolution
In the event of a disagreement regarding a depicted person's appeal for removal, the dispute shall be resolvable by a neutral third party (such as a recognized alternative dispute resolution provider or mediator). This clause expressly supersedes any conflicting dispute resolution provisions found elsewhere in our Terms of Service regarding removal appeals by depicted persons.
