1 Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the rules and restrictions governing your access and use of the software tools My Content Tools ("MCT") and Model Release Pro ("MRP") (collectively, the "Services").
By using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP. Any violations may lead to immediate suspension or termination of your software license key and cloud access without warning or refund.
2 Zero-Tolerance Prohibitions
⚠️ Zero Tolerance: Any account or license found in violation of the following terms will be terminated immediately, and where legally required, reported to law enforcement authorities.
You strictly agree NOT to use the Services to:
- Exploitation of Minors: You may not record, store, catalog, sign releases for, or process any content, metadata, or ID documentation relating to any individual under the age of 18.
- Non-Consensual Content: You may not schedule, promote, track, or handle records for content produced without the explicit, documented consent of all participants.
- Human Trafficking & Coercion: You may not use the services to coordinate or manage records related to human trafficking, commercial sexual exploitation, or forced labor.
- Fraud & Forgery: You may not upload, scan, or store forged, falsified, or fraudulent identification documents or signatures.
3 Infrastructure and Security
To protect the availability and integrity of our Services, you must not:
- Deploy malware, trojans, ransomware, or any code intended to disrupt or damage networks or systems.
- Attempt to scrape, brute-force, or systematically harvest data from MRP's cloud syncing services (Firebase).
- Decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer our binaries or try to crack our licensing key mechanism.
- Share your private studio accounts, Firebase keys, or database templates with unauthorized third parties.
4 Legal & Regulatory Compliance
My Content Tools is designed to aid professionals in organizing records under regulations like 18 U.S.C. § 2257. However, the software does not guarantee compliance and is not a substitute for legal advice.
You agree to comply with all local, federal, and international laws, including data privacy rights (like GDPR and CCPA) for any model data you store, and payment card industry standards for tracking transactions.
