We want you to be happy with your purchase. If our Services don't meet your expectations within the first 14 days, we'll refund your money — no questions asked.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee details:

- Effective from the date of your initial purchase
- Available on both monthly and annual subscriptions
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
2 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email support@mycontenttools.com within 14 days of purchase.
- Include your order number (from your Lemon Squeezy receipt).
- Optionally, share why so we can improve.

3 What's Not Refundable
Refunds are not provided for:
- Subscription renewals — cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge
- Charges from periods after the 14-day window
- Add-on services or one-time purchases that have been consumed in full
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
4 Cancellation vs. Refund
Please note that cancellation and refunds serve different functions:
- Cancellation stops future renewals. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- Refund returns money already paid. Available within the 14-day window only.
You can cancel anytime via your account portal without contacting us.
5 Annual Subscriptions
Annual plans are eligible for the 14-day money-back guarantee. After 14 days, we do not offer prorated refunds for cancelled annual subscriptions, but your access continues until the end of the annual term.

If you believe a charge is in error, please contact us first at support@mycontenttools.com before initiating a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved quickly. Chargebacks may result in account suspension.
